  • Establish a greater community and network of support

Benefits of Group Therapy
One of the benefits of group therapy is that members are able to develop and build relationships; to feel less isolated. It is on these relationships that members will be able to rely and gain strength and insight. And it is in a group setting that members will be able to work through their own issues in a trusting and supportive environment. Members will be able to rely on each other to give and get feedback, share what has and has not worked, and learn new skills and tools for staying healthy and independent. The Mental Health Aftercare Support Group will provide these things in an safe and confidential setting.

Group Information
The Mental Health Aftercare Support Group meets on Wednesdays from 6-7:30. The fee is $90 and may be covered by insurance, please check prior to attending. It is asked that members make an 8 week commitment to this group. Should a member want to continue after eight weeks, they may elect to do so.
